Consensys Mesh founder and chairman Joseph Lubin is a co-founder of Ethereum and the founder and CEO of Consensys, a Mesh portfolio company and one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the blockchain technology space. Born and raised in Toronto, Lubin graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He worked in the Princeton Robotics Lab, at tomandandy music developing an autonomous music composition tool, and at private research firm Vision Applications Inc. building autonomous mobile robots. As a software and AI consultant, Lubin worked with eMagine on the Identrus project and was involved in the founding and operation of a hedge fund with a partner. He held positions as Director of the New York office of Blacksmith Software Consulting, and VP of Technology in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs. Through these posts, Joe focused on the intersection of cryptography, engineering, and finance. In 2014 he met Vitalik Buterin, a Canadian programmer, writer and Founder of Ethereum and joined the Ethereum Project as a co-founder. After the Project was launched, Joe established Consensys. Since 2014 Joe and the Consensys team have been working on the foundational software for Web3, the next wave of the internet for a decentralized future.

Mike Kriak is CEO of Consensys Mesh, which connects people, projects and protocols building on blockchain technology. Mike enables founders by deeply engaging in their products’ development, go-to-market strategies, and raising capital. He sits on several portfolio company boards. Mike is an avid non-fiction reader around the intersection of AI, crypto and information networks. He is also a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and splits his time between New York City and upstate New York with his husband, Hall, and their dog, Eric.

Federico is a NY licensed attorney with experience ranging from public equity-linked derivatives transactions to emerging companies representation and venture capital financings. As the GC and COO of Consensys Mesh, he has long been involved in all of the company's investment activities, including venture, incubation (fka Consensys Labs), acceleration (Tachyon) and portfolio management. Federico works with Mesh's leadership to guide the company's strategy and operations.

Frithjof has 17 years of experience in business & internal control, accounting & reporting, tax, treasury, finance shared services, and audit. Prior to Mesh, he served as the Finance Director, Group Controller and Internal Auditor for two public companies.

Thomas is a Partner & Head of Cryptoeconomics at Consensys Mesh where he focuses on digital assets, DAOs, and the Mesh investment portfolio of 200+ positions. He is also an angel investor, board director, and advisor to early-stage technology companies. Previously he has led Client Services at Live Grey, served on the innovation and global business development teams at IPG Mediabrands, and co-founded Propeller, an impact-driven coworking space and business incubator in New Orleans. He is an alumnus of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers, holds a BS in Applied Economics, and in his spare time he designs impractical three-dimensional art.

Shawn Cheng is a Partner & Head of Strategy at Consensys Mesh and leads Mesh's investments into DAOs and NFTs while helping Founders across the portfolio grow. He serves as a Board Director for Tribute Labs and Liquality while being the Mesh member representatives in investment DAOs like: The LAO, Neon DAO. He also and advises companies like Spatial, Emerging Impact and Progression Fund. Previously, Shawn helped Gary Vaynerchuk start his first venture firm, Vayner/RSE and has led growth, innovation and strategy at agencies like BBDO and Razorfish. He’s an avid NFT collector Squiggles, Punks, Clones and based out of Brooklyn NY.

Prior to joining Mesh, Diana was a marketing consultant, working with companies such as Lyft, Sol de Janeiro, and Sollis Health. She previously led brand marketing at Maisonette, an online marketplace for children's goods, and ELOQUII, the plus-size women's fashion brand. Diana began her career at William Morris Endeavor as an agent-trainee in the branded lifestyle department, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Art Theory from Northwestern University. She is an active volunteer with the Parole Preparation Project and is an avid skier and ultralight backpacker.

Matthew Gasperetti is a corporate attorney with expertise advising Web3 companies on the legal aspects of entrepreneurship. He completed his J.D. at Stanford Law School and Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge.

Daniel Bünter is a Swiss licensed corporate attorney with in-house experience at a listed ICT company and an operational investment company. He studied law in Lucerne and Chicago.

Keith Salzman, previously the Zero-Knowledge and Blockchain Engineering lead at Consensys Mesh, specializes in designing and developing advanced software solutions. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida, Keith is also pursuing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Denis brings over 7 years of experience across investment, valuation and fund finance topics gained at private equity, venture capital, blockchain technology, asset management and M&A advisory firms. At Mesh he focuses on portfolio operations, founder engagement, business partnering, as well as sourcing and due diligence for early-stage investments. Denis holds a MSc in Finance and BS in Economics. He's a proud father and an avid karter in his spare time.

Patrick Li a research analyst at MESH, where he mainly covers various research initiatives related to internal treasury management and ad-hoc analysis for portfolio companies and secondary markets. He has over 6 years of experience trading fixed income instruments in investment banking and pension funds.

Sabrina Lane is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience supporting C-Level executives and managing administrative teams. Tashi brings over 15 years of IT expertise to Mesh. Tashi oversees all IT functions and lends wide-ranging support to the operations and portfolio management teams. Beyond his day job, Tashi takes pride in his role as a dedicated dad and indulges in his passions for music, film, and exploring the latest in tech gizmos.

Praneeth has a background in enterprise networking at Microsoft and Oracle and has worked on investment teams of European and US VC’s. He obtained his MBA from ESADE and the Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a CS graduate from IIT Bombay.

Robert Drost holds his Ph.D. EECS from Stanford and brings experience leading R&D in large Silicon Valley tech companies plus Founder and CxO roles in startups to Mesh’s R&D strategy and projects.

Min Teo is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ethereal Ventures, a global multi-chain crypto VC fund, and an advisor to MESH. She most recently led venture investments at ConsenSys AG, the investment arm of the global software company building decentralized infrastructure and applications. Previously, she ran Operations & Finance for Yoyo Wallet, a UK-based FinTech startup focused on delivering seamless mobile payments and automated loyalty to retailers. Prior to that, she was a private credit investor at CPP Investment Board in North America and Europe. She is an active angel investor and works with various startup community in an advisory and mentoring capacity, and is involved in several charitable causes including serving as a trustee for Techfugees, a global non-profit organisation with a mission to empower refugees with technological skills and solutions.
